Please note: The only difference between Adamantium and Adamantium Plus membership is access to the Generals Quarters sub-forum, which is an adult only forum. The cost is the same for both types of membership. Some people don't want to see or deal with the adult content, so if you would prefer not to, you can keep it off your radar by choosing "Adamantium Member" when joining. You must be 18 or older to become and Adamantium Plus member.

All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Both the B/S/T and Adult Forums have rules (posted in their respective sections as well as in this section). By paying for your Adamantium Membership, you agree to abide by these rules. Any deviation from the rules (determined at the sole discretion of the forums moderators) may result in revocation of your Adamantium Membership (without refund) and possibly being banned from the entire forum. These rules are subject to change without notice, so please be sure to check on them from time to time.

Payment for and use of the additional features of an Adamantium Membership are at the sole discretion of the member. StatueForum cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the voluntary use of these Forums.

Membership DOES NOT allow you "say" in how the forum is run or managed. Decisions by the owner or appointed Moderators of this forum are final.

BUY SELL TRADE RULES

If you cannot comply with the following rules, please do not use this section of the forum. If you have any questions about these rules, please contact a moderator and we will answer your questions as quickly as possible.

- All members of the forum will be able to search through the B/S/T section of the forum, but only paid Adamantium Members will be able to start threads and post.

- We ask that you be reasonable with the number of B/S/T threads you create. We want to keep the section from becoming overcrowded, so please don't post 5 threads a day 7 days a week. Simply put, try to put multiple items in the same thread, it keeps things a lot less messy.

- If something is no longer available or you've acquired one of the items on your list, EDIT your initial thread/post. Don't start an entirely new thread with that one item taken off. Again, we want to keep the section (and the forum as a whole) as clutter free as possible.

- DO NOT BUMP YOUR THREADS!!! They will be deleted immediately if you do so.

- NO ILLEGAL MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES. If a member posts something illegal, they are banned from the site permanently without refund.

- This section is to be used for PERSONAL TRANSACTIONS ONLY. No retailers (brick & mortar or internet) are to "advertise" in this section. We are providing this section to help our forum members help each other. Moderators will have full authority to delete any threads deemed to be inappropriate without notice.

- NO PRESALES, PERIOD!! This section is for currently available merchandise only (defined as being available to the general public for at least 60 days). Since there shouldn't be any stores in this section, this rule is probably not necessary. However, we want to cover all the bases. Any pre-sale threads will be deleted without notice.

- THERE WILL BE NO THREADS POSTED, ANYWHERE ON THE FORUM, TO COMPLAIN, COMMENT ON, OR OTHERWISE DISCUSS A TRANSACTION WHICH YOU FEEL WENT POORLY. You make all deals on this board as you see fit and at your own discretion. Check ebay feedback or contact one another to talk if you feel it necessary. The moderators are not here to settle disputes, but feel free to PM a moderator if you think there is a problem which needs to be discussed. DO NOT make it a public issue. ANY AND ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN A COMPLAINT THREAD WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND.

- ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE VIA PM OR E-MAIL. If you see something you want, contact the person privately. This means that all B/S/T threads should have only 1 post in them. Any correspondence posts will be deleted without notice.

- By paying for your Adamantium membership, you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them for the length of your paid membership. At the moderators sole discretion, if an Adamantium Member is found to be abusing this section, or breaking the rules, said member may be subject to Adamantium Membership revocation (without refund) and possibly permanent banning from StatueForum.

AUTOMATIC EBAY LISTINGS

If you are an Adamantium Member, and want your eBay auctions automatically listed in the eBay Marketplace forums, please do the following.

Go here: http://www.statueforum.com/profile.php?do=editprofile and enter your ebay username into the appropriate field under "Additional Information" near the bottom of the page.

Send a PM to drod letting us know that you want your auctions auto-listed, and what your ebay username is.

Once this is done, we will manually add your listings to the system, and update our feeds. It may take several days after you PM us to actually have your listings start showing up.

Feeds are checked 2 times a day, every 12 hours, and must be approved by staff. So it is not immediate. Expect your listings to show up within 24-36 hours after you post them on eBay.

GENERALS QUARTERS RULES

This is the the "Adult Forum" on StatueForum. This section is available to our paid Adamantium PLUS Members ONLY. Discussion is basically open to anything (even politics and religion), though we have a few rules to try and keep this place a little respectable.

- NO below the waist frontal nudity photos/videos. Waist up is fine as are shots from behind. We will have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on this. This is a VERY simple rule. You break it, you're permanently banned from the entire forum.

- NO hardcore pornography. This basically means no "penetration" (though this would be covered by rule #1 anyway) photos/videos. Again, ZERO TOLERANCE.

- NO BESTIALITY photos/videos. Again, ZERO TOLERANCE.

- NO DISCUSSION OF ILLEGAL TOPICS. Needless to say, no discussion of child abuse, rape, incest, taking drugs...will be acceptable. If you like this crap, take it somewhere else.
