Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact orders@comicstatues.com or call us at (305) 557-5577 if you desire a refund. Refunds are given only if the product is damaged in some way, and we do not have sufficent stock to replace the item. If approved, all other returns will be in store credit or exchanges only. All refunds, returns, or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. For pre-orders, you may cancel your order up to 30 days of the expected product arrival date. Arrival dates are updated via our newsletter communication and on the website (either on the product page, or in our newsletter archive). If you decide to cancel after that time, a re-stock fee may be charged. You may cancel your order for in stock items any time before it ships. All canceled or returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This policy also includes pre-orders.
Shipping Policy:
Orders to addresses in the USA or CANADA are shipped via UPS GROUND or USPS. Orders shipped internationally are shipped via USPS EMS Priority Express Mail. Every item is packaged with the utmost care in order to reach it's destination in the best condition possible. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after the date of the sale and 4-7 business days for normal transit time within the shipping systems once shipped. You will be notified via email when you are charged, and when the item ships.
Privacy Policy:
Comic Statues will not sell, lend or otherwise transmit your personal information to any 3rd party. All data collected will be used for Comic Statues related business only.
General Terms and Conditions:
About Pre-Ordered Items: NEW!
When ordering Pre-Order items your credit card will not be charged until it arrives in stock. Once it arrives, we will charge you for the full amount before it ships (plus its shipping). If you use Paypal, you must pay the full price for all items in your cart including pre-orders at the time of checkout. Checks/money orders for Pre-Order items must be received within 1 week of the item's arrival (we will inform you when it is about to, and then when it arrives). Pre-order release dates are not guaranteed, subject to change by manufacturer.
Tax Information
If you live in Florida, your final cost will also include 9.25% sales tax.
Payments:
You may use your Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) to pay for items through our secure shopping cart system.
We do not accept American Express or Discover cards.
You may also use Paypal.com to pay for your order with your credit card (does not require an account now!). If you have a Paypal account, you may use that to pay us with existing funds (or other regular Paypal payment options). When selecting Paypal as your payment choice, please complete your order through Comic Statues normally, when done you will be taken to a Paypal invoice page with your cart total. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of payment for checks/money orders to clear. Shipping will not begin until they have cleared. All checks/money orders for in stock items must be received by Comic Statues 10 days from date of purchase or your order will become void. Checks/money orders for Pre-Order items must be received within 1 week of the item's arrival (we will inform you when it is about to, and then when it arrives). Please make all checks/money orders payable to Comic Statues Inc. Please mail all checks/money orders to the address above.
International:
Payment Options - International customers may use their Credit Cards to pay for items securely through our shopping cart system. International customers may also choose to pay using money orders. All money orders sent from International customers must be an "International" money order, in USD Funds. NO Paypal payments are accepted from International customers. Sorry.
Shipping Options - Please choose "International Shipping Quote" when checking out. When you do this, your order will be submitted to us. Your total will NOT reflect shipping costs. We will calculate the cost of your order to your country exactly, and email you with a shipping quote. After you receive an email from us with your total, you need to approve / cancel the order within 72 hours. We charge exact rates to your country based on the USPS EMS scale.
